Hampered by hormones?

If you, or someone you know, live in Wales and have received hormone therapy for prostate cancer we would like you to take part in an opinion poll.

You can use the opinion poll to tell us what you think about the standard of care that men receiving hormone therapy in Wales receive.

The results of the opinion poll will help us work with the Welsh Government to improve the care of men receiving hormone therapy.

We would also like you to comment on the care provided to men on hormone therapy in Wales. You can use the feedback form to tell us about your experience, or the experience of someone you know.
